Getting Started with Freedom Business Management:
- Meet to discuss details of client’s business
- Review and diagnose client’s books; or, if necessary, create & customize a QuickBooks file
- Clean up and catch-up books
- Organize & input existing paperwork/receipts
- Input monthly business transactions into QuickBooks
- Properly categorizing transactions to ensure tax-readiness at year-end
Ongoing Support:
- Download monthly transactions into QuickBooks from client’s bank accounts
- Monthly correspondence regarding financial status
- Monthly input of business expenses & cash receipts
- Monthly financial statement shall be emailed to client
- Serve as liaison between client & accountant throughout the year

How much does a bookkeeper cost?
The cost for bookkeeping services depends on a variety of factors. Let’s meet for a free 30 minute consultation so that we can gather information regarding your specific needs. Within one to two business days following our consultation, we will be able to give you an accurate quote for our services. In some cases, we will start by setting up/cleaning up your financial information, and may charge by the hour for those services. Also, there are some situations where a full, in-depth diagnostic review is necessary in order for us to fully scope the project at hand, in which case we may also bill on an hourly basis. After any clean up/set up/full diagnosis has taken place, going forward, we will charge a flat monthly fee, regardless of the number of hours it takes us to complete the work.
What does QuickBooks Online cost?
There are different options, depending on your specific business needs. As Professional Bookkeepers, we are able to get wholesale pricing for our clients, and we will combine the cost of QuickBooks Online with our monthly fees.
What are the first steps for us to work together?
After our initial consultation, during which we will discuss what services may be a good fit for your business, we will prepare and send you a proposal. Once accepted, we will gather all of the information we need from you to get started. You will need to contact your bank in order to obtain a login for us, so that we can connect your banking and credit card accounts to your QuickBooks. If you would like for us to handle all of your Accounts Payable and check writing, we will also have to be added as a signer on your account(s). If not, view only permission is typically sufficient.
